Infinithink AI Code Generator

AI code generator that explains its code

Describe what you need in plain language and get a code snippet with an explanation, such as an HTML and CSS block for a landing page, a spreadsheet formula or a JavaScript function. Use the same models you already use for writing.

What the AI code generator does

  • Generate Describe the result and the language, and the AI Code Generator writes the snippet.
  • Explain Paste code you didn't write, and Explain Code walks you through it in plain language.
  • Fix Paste the code and the error message, and Bug Fix suggests what's wrong and how to correct it.
  • Teach Teach Code explains a concept, such as a loop or an API call, with small examples.
  • Document Changelog Creator turns a list of changes into release notes your team can read.

Three requests to try

Each request names the language, describes the result and sets the details that matter. Paste one into the AI Code Generator and ask for an explanation of each step.

HTML and CSS for a pricing card

Prompt

A pricing card in HTML and CSS with a plan name, a price, three features and a button. Dark background, rounded corners, readable contrast.

A spreadsheet formula

Prompt

Google Sheets formula for column D. Show 'Overdue' when the due date in column B is before today and column C (Paid) isn't 'Yes'. Otherwise leave the cell empty.

A JavaScript function

Prompt

A JavaScript function that formats a number as euros with Italian formatting.

How to ask for code that works

The clearer the request, the less you'll need to fix afterwards. If the first answer misses, add what went wrong to the request and run it again, or continue in the all-in-one AI assistant, which keeps the whole conversation as context.

  • Name the language and the environment “JavaScript for the browser”, “Python 3 script”, “formula for Google Sheets”, “CSS for a WordPress theme”.
  • Describe the input and the result What goes in, what should come out, and one example of each.
  • Paste the context The surrounding code, the error message, the names of your columns or fields.
  • Ask for an explanation “Explain each step in a comment” makes the code easier to review and to change later.
  • Ask for a test case A sample input and the expected output let you check the snippet before you use it.

Which model to use for code

GPT, on every plan, handles snippets, formulas and quick explanations well. Claude, available from the Starter plan, is a strong option for longer files and step-by-step explanations, and Business adds its most capable version. Try both on the same request and keep the clearer answer. The AI model comparison lists what each plan includes.

What it doesn't do

Infinithink writes and explains code. It doesn't run it. There's no code execution, no test runner and no GitHub or IDE integration. Copy the code into your own editor, run it, test it and review it before it reaches a live site. Never paste passwords, API keys or customer data into a request.

Who it's for

It's a helper for everyday code, not a replacement for a developer on a complex product.

  • Web agencies Small components, tweaks and snippets for client sites, explained so junior team members learn as they go. See AI tools for marketing agencies.
  • Freelancers Scripts and formulas that take manual steps out of your week. See AI tools for freelancers and consultants.
  • Marketing and operations teams Spreadsheet formulas, tracking links with UTM parameters, the snippet a developer asked you to paste.

FAQ

Which programming languages does it support?

The common ones, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP and SQL, plus spreadsheet formulas. Results are most reliable in widely used languages.

Does Infinithink run or test my code?

No. It writes and explains code, and you run and test it in your own environment.

Can it fix an error?

Paste the code and the full error message into Bug Fix. It points to the likely cause and suggests a correction. Test the fix before you rely on it.

Is AI-generated code safe to use?

Treat it like code from a new colleague and review it. AI can produce code that's outdated, inefficient or insecure, especially around user input and authentication.

Who owns the code?

Under our Terms, any rights we may have in the output are assigned to you. If a snippet closely resembles open-source code, check that project's license.

Is the AI code generator free?

It's available on the Free plan, within its monthly credits. You register with your email.
