Legal contacts and reports
Write to info@infinithink.it for legal questions, privacy requests, complaints and reports of illegal content or abuse. For a report, put "Report" in the subject line and tell us where the content is (for example, the URL or the chatbot), why you think it's illegal or abusive, and your name and email (not required for reports of child sexual abuse material). Please also confirm that the information is accurate and complete. The full process is in our Acceptable Use Policy. We reply to complaints in writing within 30 days.
The same address is also our single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), for users and for the authorities. We accept messages in English and Italian, and a person reads and handles each one.
You can also reach us through our contact page.
Language
Our legal documents are available in English and Italian. If the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails, and if you're a consumer, any doubt is resolved in your favor, as each document explains.
