How credits work
Every plan includes credits, a single balance you use with every tool and model in your plan. For text, credits are used according to the words the AI writes, and more capable models use more per word. Images, voice and video cost a set amount per use. Your balance is always visible in your account.
On Free, Lite, Starter and Pro new credits are added at every renewal and unused ones roll over while your plan is active. On Business and Agency the whole team shares one balance, which refills to its full value at every renewal. On annual plans you get the whole year's credits up front and use them when you need them.
If you run out of credits you can buy a top-up, move to a higher plan or wait for your renewal. We never charge you automatically for extra usage. Not sure which model you need? Read the AI model comparison or browse every AI tool.
Payments and invoices
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we don't store your full card details. You get an invoice for every payment, available in your account. All prices are in euros and final, nothing is added at checkout.
Renewal, cancellation and your right to withdraw
Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price in effect at renewal. Cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. If we ever change prices, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying a paid plan. The Terms of Service explain how the refund is calculated. To withdraw, email info@infinithink.it.

What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are a single balance you use with every tool in your plan, from chat and writing to images and voice. For text they are used according to the words the AI writes, while images, voice and video cost a set amount per use. More capable models use more credits for the same job, so you decide when you need top quality and when a fast model is enough. Your balance is always visible in your account.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You are never cut off by surprise and we never charge you automatically for extra usage. On a paid plan you can buy a credit top-up, which does not expire while your account is active, or move to a higher plan. Otherwise you wait for your renewal, when new credits arrive.
Do I lose the credits I don't use?
With Free, Lite, Starter, Creator and Pro, no. Unused credits stay in your balance while the plan is active and new credits are added at every renewal. With Creator Studio, Business and Agency the whole team uses one shared balance, which returns to its full value at every renewal. Top-ups do not expire while your account is active.
Can I change plan or cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan at any time from your account. You can cancel whenever you like, from your account or by writing to info@infinithink.it, with no penalty. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free and your content stays where it is.
If you are a consumer you also have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, as explained in the Terms of service.
Are WhatsApp and Telegram included?
With messaging campaigns on the Pro, Business and Agency plans you send messages and reply to customers on WhatsApp and Telegram. For WhatsApp you connect your own Twilio or Meta account, for Telegram your own bot. Message costs are charged by the provider, separately from your plan.
How does annual billing work?
On annual billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12 and get the whole year's credits up front, to use whenever you need them. It includes the same features as the matching monthly plan. Between 90 and 30 days before renewal we email you the price and how to cancel, so there are no surprises. If you are a consumer, after the first year you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the month and we refund the full months left.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we issue an electronic invoice for every payment, sent by email and also available in your account. At checkout you enter your billing details, including company name and VAT number if you buy for your business. Prices are in euro and final, nothing is added at checkout.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment systems in the world. We never see or store your full card details. At checkout you will find cards and the other methods Stripe makes available.
Are my data and my content safe?
Infinithink's servers and backups are in Germany, in Frankfurt. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we use AI providers through their business services, whose terms exclude training on the data sent. All the details are in the Privacy policy.
Which AI models are included?
Every plan, Free included, uses Claude Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6 Luna and GPT-4o mini. Lite adds Gemini 3.8 Flash. From Starter up you also get GPT-6 Sol. Creator Studio adds Claude Opus 5.5 with 30 requests a day. Business and Agency unlock the Top models, Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-5.5, plus the model council, which compares several models on the same question. Available models can change when providers release new ones.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is the complete studio for one person, with 3 chatbots, 5 AI agents, BlogPilot, SEO tools, WordPress publishing and 8 deep research reports a month. Business is built for teams, with 10 seats on one shared balance of 55,000 credits a month, the Top models Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-5.5, the model council, 10 chatbots, 20 agents, 15 deep research reports a month, video dubbing and an onboarding call with us.
What is the difference between Creator and Pro?
Creator is for people who make images and video every day. It has more credits than Pro, up to 2,000 images a month with the Fast models, up to 80 video clips, the video editor with 40 exports and UGC videos. Pro is the complete studio for people who also work with AI agents, BlogPilot, chatbots, deep research, SEO and CRM, which Creator does not include. If you need both, Business brings them together for the whole team.
What does Creator Studio add?
Studio is Creator for a team of three on one shared balance of 90,000 credits a month. It unlocks Veo 3.1 with audio and Kling 3 Pro, up to 200 clips a month, video dubbing, 120 exports, 60 UGC videos and Claude Opus 5.5 with 30 requests a day. The launch offer does not apply to Creator and Creator Studio.
I work in an agency or a team, which plan do I need?
Up to 10 people, Business covers everything, with a shared credit balance and team management from your account. Agency is built for people serving many clients, with 25 seats, the largest credit balance, 25 chatbots, 50 agents and priority support. If your team is larger or you have specific needs, write to us and we will build the right setup together.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free has no expiry and asks for no credit card. You get 150 credits every month to use AI chat and writing on real work, and when you need more you upgrade in one click. One Free account per person.
Can I try a paid plan before deciding?
The best way is to start on Free, which has no time limit. When you move to a paid plan, if you are a consumer you still have 14 days to change your mind, as provided by EU consumer law.
