Article Wizard

Build a long article step by step, choosing the keywords, the title and the outline yourself before the full draft is written.

A long article written in one go often drifts away from what you had in mind. The Article Wizard is an AI article writer that splits the work into steps and waits for your choice at each one, so the draft follows a plan you approved.

You start from a topic. The wizard suggests keywords and you keep the ones you want. It proposes several titles and you pick one. It builds an outline and you choose or edit it. Only then does it write the article, following the outline in order, with the keywords where they fit and a short introduction and conclusion.

The final draft comes back as structured text with headings, paragraphs and lists, ready for a CMS. It never invents statistics, quotes or dates, and marks spots where a figure would help as [figure to check]. The Article Wizard is part of the Blog and articles family.

What you get

  • A list of keyword suggestions for the topic, to keep or discard
  • Several title options, with a maximum length you set
  • One or more outlines with the number of subheadings you choose
  • A full article that follows the approved outline section by section, in the same order

What you fill in

Topic required

What is this article about? Name the subject, the reader and the angle.

Number of keywords optional

How many keyword suggestions the first step should return.

Title topic (optional) optional

A hint for the titles, if it differs from the topic.

Maximum title length optional

Upper limit for each proposed title.

Outline topic (optional) optional

What the outline should cover or leave out.

Number of subtitles optional

How many sections each outline should have.

Language optional

Language of the whole article, headings included.

Blog post length optional

Target length in words.

How to use it, step by step

  1. Write the topic and set the options

Describe the subject, the reader and the angle in the topic field. In the advanced options, choose the language, the target length in words and the creativity level.

  2. Choose the keywords

Generate the keyword suggestions and keep only the ones that match what the article will really cover. These keywords are passed on to the later steps.

  3. Pick a title

Generate several titles with the maximum length you set and select the one that best describes the article. You can edit it before you continue.

  4. Approve the outline

Generate the outline, choose the version you prefer and adjust the headings. The article will follow this outline exactly, one section per heading, so this is the moment to add or remove sections.

  5. Generate the article and review it

Skip the image step if you do not need it, then generate the draft. Replace every placeholder with a checked figure and add your own examples before you publish.

Example, input and output

Outline and opening of a guide for a bakery

Input

Topic
How a small bakery can start selling online, for owners with no technical background
Language
English
Blog post length
1200

Output

Approved outline
1. Decide what to sell online first
2. Choose between a marketplace and your own shop
3. Set up payments and pickup
4. Plan local delivery
5. Take product photos with a phone
6. Tell your regular customers

Opening
Selling online does not mean rebuilding your bakery. For most small shops it starts with a short list of products that travel well and a simple way to take orders. This guide walks through the first decisions in order....

Illustrative example.

Tips for better results

  • Make the topic specific. "Online sales for a small bakery" beats "e-commerce".
  • Keep three to five keywords. More keywords spread thin across the sections and make the text sound forced.
  • Spend most of your time on the outline. Every heading becomes a section, so a weak outline gives a weak article.

Who uses it, and for what

Small businesses with a blog

Write a guide that answers the questions customers ask in store, with an outline that keeps it practical and on topic.

Content teams

Agree on title and outline with the editor first, then generate the draft, so the review is about substance and not structure.

Freelance writers

Send the client the outline from the wizard for approval before the full draft, then generate the article from the approved version.

Consultants and agencies

Produce long explanatory articles for a client's site in the client's language, then add the client's own data.

Limits and good practice

  • The wizard does not research the web. Facts, prices and figures come from you, which is why the draft marks them as [figure to check].
  • It writes a draft, not a final article. A person should read it, add first-hand examples and check every claim.
  • The image step depends on the image source configured in your workspace and can be skipped.

Frequently asked questions

How is the Article Wizard different from the SEO Article tool?

The SEO Article tool writes a full article from one brief in a single step. The Article Wizard stops at keywords, title and outline and lets you choose before it writes. Use the wizard for long pieces where structure matters.

Will the article follow my outline exactly?

Yes. Each line of the approved outline becomes a section with the same heading, in the same order. The wizard does not add, merge or skip sections. If you want a different structure, change the outline before generating the article.

Can I write the article in Italian or another language?

Yes. The language option in the advanced settings decides the language of the whole article, headings included, even if the topic and keywords are written in English. Placeholders are written in the same language.

Does the wizard add statistics or sources?

No. It is instructed never to invent statistics, studies, quotes, prices or dates. Where a number would help, it writes a placeholder such as [figure to check], and you fill it in from a source you trust.

How long can the article be?

You set a target length in words, and the wizard spreads it across the sections according to their weight. Longer articles use more credits, see the pricing page for what each plan includes.
