AI Rewriter

Give an existing text a new tone or a new language while every fact, name and number stays exactly as it was.

The same message often has to work for different readers: a formal version for a client, a friendlier one for a newsletter, an English version of an Italian page. The AI Rewriter takes a text you already have and writes it again in the tone and language you choose, without changing what it says.

You paste the original, pick a tone from the Mode list or type your own, and choose the output language. The rewriter uses new sentence structures and word choices, not a quick swap of synonyms. It keeps every fact, figure, name, date, link and claim, adds no new information or calls to action, and keeps the structure the reader relies on (headings, lists and paragraph order) at roughly the same length.

Use it as a paragraph rewriter for a single block or on a whole page. The AI Rewriter is part of the Blog and articles family. For fixing errors without changing the tone, use Proofreading instead.

What you get

  • A full rewrite of your text in the tone you choose
  • Every fact, figure, name, date and link kept from the original
  • The same headings, lists and paragraph order, at a similar length
  • Output in the language you select, so tone change and translation happen in one step
  • Only the rewritten text, with no notes or explanations to remove

What you fill in

Text to rewrite required

Paste the full text you want to rewrite, with its headings and lists.

Mode required

The tone or style to apply to the rewrite.

Enter custom tone optional

Shown when you choose a custom tone. Describe it in a few words.

Output language required

Language of the rewritten text.

How to use it, step by step

  1. Paste the original text

Open the AI Rewriter and paste the whole text in the first field, headings and lists included. The rewriter keeps the structure it receives.

  2. Choose the tone

Pick a tone from the Mode list. If none fits, choose the custom option and describe the tone in a few words, such as "warm and reassuring, for long-time customers".

  3. Select the output language

Keep the same language to change only the tone, or pick another to rewrite and translate in one step.

  4. Generate and compare

Read the new version next to the original and check that names, figures, dates and links are all still there. Regenerate if you want another take in the same tone.

Tips for better results

  • Rewrite one text per run. Mixing a product page and an email in the same field gives a muddled tone.
  • Describe custom tones by reader and feeling, such as "calm, for patients before a visit", rather than by a single adjective.
  • Keep a copy of the original. Comparing the two side by side is the fastest way to check that no fact was lost.

Who uses it, and for what

Shops with one message for several channels

Rewrite the same announcement for the website, the newsletter and a social post, each in the tone that fits the channel.

Businesses working in two languages

Turn an Italian product page into an English one with a tone that suits international buyers, without losing any specification.

Agencies updating client content

Refresh old blog posts and service pages in the client's current tone of voice while keeping every fact and link.

Customer service teams

Rewrite a standard reply in a softer tone for a complaint, keeping the policy details exactly as they are.

Limits and good practice

  • The rewriter does not check facts. If the original contains an error, the rewrite will contain it too.
  • It does not add new points or calls to action. For a stronger page, use a copywriting tool and give it a brief.
  • Rewriting someone else's work does not make it yours. Use it on your own texts or texts you have the right to adapt.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI Rewriter change the meaning of my text?

It is instructed not to. Every fact, figure, name, date, link and claim of the original stays in the rewrite, and no new information, opinions or calls to action are added. Read the two versions side by side anyway, especially for prices, dates and legal wording.

Can I rewrite a text into another language?

Yes. Choose the output language and the rewriter writes the whole text in that language, in the tone you selected. It is a quick way to adapt a page for another market. For legal or technical texts, have a native speaker review the result.

What is the difference between rewriting and paraphrasing?

In practice they overlap. The AI Rewriter rebuilds sentences and word choices around the tone you pick, which goes further than swapping words for synonyms. Use it as a paragraph rewriter for one block or on a full text.

Will the rewritten text be the same length?

Roughly, yes. The rewriter keeps about the same length and structure unless the tone implies otherwise; for example, a more concise style can come out a little shorter. To cut a text down on purpose, use the Text Summarizer.

Can I use the AI Rewriter to avoid plagiarism checks?

No, and it is not built for that. It is meant for adapting texts you own or have the right to reuse, to a new reader, tone or language. Rewriting someone else's article does not make it original work.
