Business Post for Social Media

One message from your business, rewritten for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, with the same facts and a style that fits each network.

Most small businesses have one piece of news at a time, a new service, an event, a change in opening hours, and four networks to post it on. Copying the same text everywhere looks careless on LinkedIn and runs too long on X. This AI social media post generator takes a single update and writes a version for each network, keeping the facts identical and changing only the length, the tone and the call to action.

You enter the company name and what you want to share. The tool returns four posts under their own headings. Facebook gets a conversational post of 40 to 80 words. Instagram gets a first line that works on its own before the caption is cut, short lines and up to five hashtags. LinkedIn gets an opening that earns the click on "see more" and 80 to 150 words with one practical insight. X gets a single idea in 280 characters or fewer. A final line suggests one visual that works on all four.

The tool is part of the Social media family. When one network deserves more depth, the dedicated tools take over, such as LinkedIn Post or Facebook Posts.

What you get

  • Four posts, one each for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, under clear headings
  • The same facts in every version, so no network announces a different date or offer
  • Lengths that match each network, 40 to 80 words on Facebook, 80 to 150 on LinkedIn, 280 characters or fewer on X
  • Hashtags sized to each network, up to two on Facebook, five on Instagram, three on LinkedIn and one on X
  • A call to action adapted to the network, such as a question on Facebook or the link in bio on Instagram
  • One suggested visual (photo, carousel or short video) to reuse across all four posts

What you fill in

Company name optional

The name as you want it to appear in the posts.

What do you want to share? optional

The news, offer, event or tip, with the key details (dates, place, conditions), who it is for and the action you want people to take.

How to use it, step by step

  1. Write the update once, with every detail

Include what is happening, when, where, for whom and what people should do next. The tool keeps these facts identical across the four posts, so anything you leave out is missing everywhere or replaced by a placeholder such as [date] or [link].

  2. Add the company name

The posts are written as the company, using "we" where it fits. The name stays exactly as you type it, including capital letters and punctuation.

  3. Choose language and tone, then generate

Pick the output language and the tone of voice in the settings. If your workspace has a Brand Voice, its company details are added as background, which keeps the style consistent with your other content.

  4. Review each version before scheduling

Read the four posts against your update. Check dates, prices and names, replace any placeholder, then paste each version into its network or into your scheduling tool.

Tips for better results

  • Put the call to action in the update itself (book, call, visit, reply). The tool adapts it to each network but cannot guess which action matters to your business.
  • One update per generation. Two announcements in the same brief produce four posts that each try to say too much.
  • If the update has a deadline, write the exact date. Words like "soon" or "next week" age badly once posts are scheduled.
  • The LinkedIn version is the longest and most explanatory of the four, which makes it a good starting point for a short email to clients.

Who uses it, and for what

Business owner without a social media manager

Write the news once at the start of the week and have the four posts ready to schedule, each in the format its network expects.

Agency handling several clients

Turn each client's update into a first draft for all four networks, then spend the review time on tone and visuals instead of resizing the same text four times.

Professional firm announcing an event

Use the LinkedIn post for the professional audience and the Facebook and Instagram versions for the local community, with the same date and address everywhere.

Limits and good practice

  • The tool writes text only. It suggests a visual but does not create the image or the video.
  • It does not publish or schedule anything. You copy each version into the network or into the scheduling tool you already use.
  • It does not add facts you did not give. Missing details appear as placeholders, which a person has to fill in before posting.
  • Every generation uses credits from your plan. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Frequently asked questions

Which networks does the tool write for?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, always all four, each under its own heading. If you only use two of them, ignore the other versions, or use a tool built for that network, such as X Posts when you want several options for one post on X.

Will the four posts say the same thing?

The facts are the same, the wording is not. Dates, places, offers and names stay identical across the four versions, while length, tone, hashtags and call to action change to suit each network. Nobody sees a different version of the news depending on where they follow you.

Can I use it for a promotion or a discount?

Yes, as long as the promotion is in your update. The tool writes about the offer you describe and never invents a discount, a deadline or a price. When a detail it needs is missing, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in.

Does the tool post directly to my accounts?

No. It writes the texts in your workspace, and you copy them into each network or into your scheduling tool. A person stays in control of everything that goes out under the company name, and can adjust each version before it is published.

How is this different from the single-network tools?

This tool adapts one message to four networks at once, which suits short updates and announcements. The single-network tools go deeper on one format, for example LinkedIn Post for a longer professional post or Instagram Captions for a caption with more room for storytelling.
