Review Response

A public reply to any customer review, positive or negative, that stays calm, answers the specific points and moves the issue offline.

Sign in or create a free account, the tool opens in your workspace.

A review left unanswered tells the next customer that nobody is listening, and a defensive reply is worse. Review Response is an AI review response generator that works from two things, the review itself and the points you want to make, so every customer gets a specific, calm reply whether they left five stars or one.

The tool reads the sentiment first. Praise gets a thank-you for something the customer actually mentioned and an invitation back, in 40 to 80 words. A negative or mixed review gets an apology, an answer to each point, what has been or will be done, using only what you told it, and an invitation to continue privately, in 60 to 120 words.

It belongs to the E-commerce family and suits any business that collects reviews, from an online shop to a restaurant.

What you get

  • A reply sized to the review, 40 to 80 words for praise, 60 to 120 for complaints
  • A reference to something specific the customer wrote, never a template line
  • An invitation to continue in private, with a placeholder for your email or phone
  • A sign-off placeholder for your name and role
  • No admission of legal liability, no personal data and no incentive for changing the review

What you fill in

Customer review optional

Paste the review as written, with the star rating if you have it.

Points for your reply optional

What you want to say or offer, e.g. apologize for the delay, refund already issued, call us. Write 'none' if you have no specific points.

How to use it, step by step

  1. Paste the review as written

Copy the full text into Customer review, with the star rating if the platform shows one. The rating helps when the text is short or ironic.

  2. List the points for your reply

Write what you want to say or offer, such as an apology, a refund already issued or a request to call. Write none and the tool answers from the review alone.

  3. Pick language, tone and results

Choose the output language and tone below the form. Ask for two results to compare a warmer and a more formal version.

  4. Fill the placeholders and post

Replace [email or phone] and [name, role] with real details, reread the reply against the review and paste it on the platform.

Example, input and output

Two-star review about a late delivery

Input

review
2 stars. Ordered a lamp for my sister's birthday, it arrived four days late and the box was dented. The lamp works but the experience was disappointing.
response
Apologize for the delay, our courier had a backlog that week. Shipping cost already refunded.

Output

Thank you for telling us about your order, and we are sorry the lamp arrived four days late for your sister's birthday. That is not the experience we want for anyone, especially with a gift.

The delay came from a backlog with our courier that week, and we have already refunded your shipping cost. We are also sorry about the dented box and would like to put it right.

Please write to us at [email or phone] and we will follow up personally.

Tips for better results

  • Paste the whole review, not a summary. The reply picks its details from the customer's own words.
  • Write only what is true in the points. If the refund is not issued yet, say it will be.
  • Reply to positive reviews too. A specific thank-you shows future customers that reviews are read.

Who uses it, and for what

Online shop owner

Answer marketplace and business profile reviews once a week, with a different reply for each customer instead of one pasted thank-you.

Restaurant manager

Turn a complaint about slow service into a calm reply that explains what changed, written from notes taken after the shift.

Customer care team

Keep one tone across agents. The points field records what each customer was offered.

Agency for local businesses

Draft replies for each client's profile and post only the ones the client approves.

Limits and good practice

  • The tool does not post replies or judge whether a review is fake. Use the platform for both.
  • Replies about injuries, legal threats or disputed refunds should be checked by whoever handles those cases.
  • Every reply you generate draws on your plan's credit balance, so ask for two results only when you want to compare tones. Plans are on the pricing page, or create an account to start on Free.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the reply?

It depends on the review. Praise gets 40 to 80 words, enough to thank the customer for something specific and invite them back. Negative or mixed reviews get 60 to 120 words, because the reply has to apologize, answer each point and offer a private channel.

What should I write in Points for your reply?

Anything the reply must include, such as an apology, the cause of a problem, a refund already issued or a change you have made. Write none if you have nothing specific and the tool writes the best reply it can from the review alone.

Will the reply admit legal liability?

No. It apologizes for the customer's experience, which is good practice, but it does not admit legal liability, blame the customer or argue. It also never offers discounts, gifts or refunds in exchange for editing or removing the review, even if your points ask for it.

Can I reply to reviews in other languages?

Yes. Choose the output language in the settings below the form. The reply is written entirely in that language even if the review is in another one, and brand and product names stay exactly as written, so multilingual shops keep one consistent voice.

Does the tool post the reply for me?

No. It writes the text and you publish it where the review was left, such as your seller account or business profile. That way a person reads and approves every public reply your business makes before anyone else sees it.
